Our most popular type of Estate Sale is our Auctions. We have found that 95-98% of the home contents sell on the online auction. Though we are not licensed auctioneers we work with a third party MaxSold who allow us to handle the entire estate auction from preparing, setting up, photographing and cataloging. What makes this option also great is buyers have already secured the financial transaction with MaxSold prior to bidding and picking up items won. We have found the online estate sale auctions to be quite successful eliminating lookers and creating buyers, not to mention clearing the home.
If a live estate sale is requested. It will be at your residence, you select the days and times you agree on. As we prepare for the estate sale, items will be dusted, select items will be photographed for advertising, researched for pricing, tagged and organized. If an online based estate sale auction is chosen, we will organize items, identify with inventory numbers, photograph and catalog as per the 3rd party auctioneer request.
On the day of the sale our team will arrive early to see that any last minute set up is done and the sale is ready to move forward. With live estate sales their are financial transactions that are handled on the day of the sale.
After the sale, the team will begin breaking down the set up, packing the smaller unsold items in boxes and seeing that everything is in one place and ready for donation, pick-up or drop-off to the charity of your choice. A donation receipt from the charity will be provided to you.
